Strong Mama Fitness classes are specifically tailored to improve the strength and fitness levels of mums. The classes utilize a variety of training methods that gradually and safely increase both strength and cardiovascular fitness, and can be adapted to suit beginners.
Only cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be credited back to your account to be rescheduled. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the loss of your session credit.
