  • Recently postnatal (from 6 weeks / 12 weeks after C-section) → Postnatal Recovery & Fitness (12 Week Programme)

  • Postnatal & ready to progress → Strong Mama & Baby (6 Week Programme)

  • Looking for higher-intensity strength → Strong Mama Fitness (Evenings) or Strong Mama Circuits (Saturday mornings)
