I’m Holly, I’m a pre and post-natal fitness specialist and mum to two beautiful boys Leo and Abel.

 

My aim is to empower women to stay active and healthy during pregnancy and motherhood whilst building a community of like-minded women to support and cheer each other on.

About Me

I have a passion for helping women stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and beyond, and I love being able to support them on their journey to and through motherhood.

 

I believe that exercise and movement are essential for both physical and mental well-being during this transformative time in a woman's life.

I know first hand how challenging it can be to find the time and motivation to exercise as a busy mum. Whether you're looking to stay fit during your pregnancy, recover after giving birth, or simply maintain your fitness as a new parent, my programs are designed to cater to your individual needs and goals. From gentle prenatal fitness and strength to post natal core strength and stability, there's something for everyone at every stage of motherhood.

 

Being a mum myself, I understand the unique physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy and motherhood, and I am here to provide guidance, motivation, and support every step of the way. I am committed to helping my clients feel strong, confident, and empowered throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
