About Me

Hi, I’m Holly, a mum of three and a specialist in pre and postnatal fitness.

I started running these classes to support other mums because I know exactly how it feels to not know where to start with exercise during pregnancy or after having a baby. It can feel overwhelming and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

Motherhood changes your body in incredible ways, and your training needs to change too. I provide safe, structured and effective sessions that support you through pregnancy, guide your postnatal recovery, and help you build lasting strength for the years beyond.

Over the years, I’ve supported many local mums in a welcoming, community-focused space where there’s no pressure to “bounce back” just move forward with confidence.
