Service Description
A 12-week postnatal recovery programme designed to help you return to exercise safely after having a baby. Rebuild strength, improve your fitness and restore confidence through carefully planned workouts, while learning how to support your recovery every step of the way. Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean birth with medical clearance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Happy Fitness, we understand that family life can be unpredictable. This policy is in place to be fair to both our clients and our small business. Single Classes Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time can be transferred to another session (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. Programmes & Courses (including multi-week programmes) All programmes must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme starting are non-refundable, as places are limited and programmes are carefully planned in advance. Once a programme has started, sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed sessions cannot be carried over or refunded. Exceptional Circumstances If you are unable to attend due to serious medical reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a credit or alternative solution at our discretion. Class Cancellations by Happy Fitness In the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled by Happy Fitness, you will be offered a replacement session, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. A Note on Fairness Small group sizes mean each space is valuable. This policy allows us to continue providing safe, expert-led, and supportive classes for all mums.
