6 Week Strong Mama & Baby Programme

Who it’s for: Postnatal mums from 3 months onwards, including those who have completed the 12-Week Post-Natal Programme

 

What you’ll gain:

  • Connect with other local mums in a supportive, baby-friendly environment

 

Class style:
A step up from the 12-Week Post-Natal Programme, these sessions use resistance equipment and adaptable high-intensity options. Each class includes a warm-up, strength or cardio focus, and cool-down, with functional movements to improve strength and endurance. Suitable with or without your baby or toddler.

 

Need to know:

  • Mums must have a 6-week postnatal check (12 weeks after C-section) and clearance to exercise

  • Pre-Activity Questionnaire required before participation

  • Diastasis Recti assessments available on request
