A gentle and progressive reintroduction to exercise that is suitable for mums from 6 weeks post natal (12 after a C-Section). Our classes run for 12 weeks to ensure our mums have the best chance to fully rehabilitate their post natal bodies, safely and effectively. An opportunity we believe all mums should have.
The 12-week post-natal fitness course has a limited number of spaces. For this reason Happy Fitness kindly request that once payment has been made, should you no longer wish to attend the course, you cancel at least 14 days prior to the first date of the course. After this period and once the course has started, under no circumstances can we cancel your booking or refund your payment.
